The East Central Ohio Educational Service Center (ECOESC) provides shared educational services to strengthen and assist school districts and agencies within its service region.  With offices in New Philadelphia, St. Clairsville, and Cambridge, ECOESC serves 22 school districts across Tuscarawas, Carroll, Harrison, and Belmont counties, encompassing over 1,900 square miles.  Their mission is to help schools help students by offering a wide range of services, including curriculum development, occupational therapy, preschool programs, professional development, psychology, special education, gifted education, world languages, and more.  For more information, visit East Central Ohio Educational Service Center.
